AI installation for UK businesses

Who can install AI in my business for me?

Dean Keating, an AI consultant based in Horndean, Hampshire, installs AI agents for UK business owners who want the work done for them. He chooses the workflow with you, connects it to the tools you already use, sets what the agent may do and when it hands over to a person, tests it with you, and then talks through whether you want ongoing support. It is delivered remotely anywhere in the UK.

I’m Dean. You are an owner with a business to run, not a project to manage. I do the setting up, and you tell me when something looks wrong.

How an install runs

Four stages, one job at a time

Workflow selection

We pick one job that is repetitive, clear enough to describe and safe to get wrong while we test. Not five at once.

Connecting your tools

I connect the agent to the email, messaging, accounts or booking tools you already use, so it works where your team works.

Permissions and handover

We set what it can do alone, what it drafts for approval and what goes straight to a person. It gets its own login with only the access the job needs.

Testing

We run it on real examples together before it is relied on. You can see what it did and switch it off yourself.

After that comes a conversation about ongoing support: whether you want the agent left as it is, or someone keeping it in order as your software and the AI models change. There is no obligation to continue.

Choosing the help you need

Coaching, consultancy or installation?

These are three ways to ask for help, not fixed packages. Providers use the words differently, so ask what the work covers.

AI business coaching

Usually about learning and planning, with you doing the implementation. It can suit an owner who wants to build the skills in-house.

AI consultancy

Usually about choosing: which workflow, which tool, and whether the idea is feasible. The output is typically advice or a plan.

Hands-on installation

Building, connecting and testing an agreed workflow. This is the done-for-you service on this page, delivered remotely from Horndean, Hampshire.

Whoever you speak to, ask who actually builds and tests the work, who hands it over to you, which decisions stay with a person, and whether ongoing support is included.

Before the first conversation

What to have ready

Pick one repetitive computer job. Jot down the tools and steps involved, roughly how often it happens and the time you have actually seen it take, the output you need, and where an exception or a person’s approval comes in. One example with private details removed is plenty.

Success could be a usable draft you approve, or a record in the right place. It is not a promised saving.

When you are ready, book the free call and share by phone or WhatsApp what the business does, the workflow, the tool names, the rough volume and your general UK location. Please leave out passwords, customer records, bank details and login codes.

You could weigh doing it yourself against installation by time, access and complexity. A candid first conversation may also find that a workflow is not suitable.

What it can look like

Four everyday jobs

These are examples of the kind of work an agent can take on. What is right for you depends on how your business runs and the tools you use.

Email and WhatsApp enquiry triage

New messages are read, sorted into sales, existing customer and everything else, and a reply is drafted or the message is passed to the right person with the key details pulled out. Which channels this works on depends on the tools you use, and I will say so on the call.

Lead follow-up

Someone asks for a quote and goes quiet. The agent keeps a list of open enquiries and prompts or drafts a polite follow-up, so no lead is forgotten about. You decide whether it sends alone or waits for your approval.

Quote and invoice admin

Details from an enquiry go into a quote draft for you to check. Invoices are prepared from agreed jobs, and overdue ones are flagged or chased in your wording. Money-related steps can be set to approve-first.

Reporting

The weekly or monthly numbers you currently pull together by hand are collected from your own tools and written up in plain English, ready for you to read.

Permissions and handover

People stay in charge

An agent works like a new member of staff with their own login and only the permissions the job needs. For each task we agree where the line sits between what it does by itself and what a person approves.

It does the routine

Sorting, drafting, copying details between systems, reminding and reporting.

A person decides

Anything you mark as sensitive, unusual or involving money is passed to you or your team with the context attached.

You stay in control

You can see what it has done, change the rules, and turn it off yourself at any time.

Where I work

Remote across the UK, in person only close to home

I’m based in Horndean, Hampshire. Nearly all the work is done remotely on a shared screen, so it makes no difference whether you are in Cornwall or Cumbria. I only come to you in person in Hampshire and the immediate surrounding area. I don’t offer a phone-answering service.

FAQ

What owners ask first

What does AI installation actually mean?

It means I do the setting up. We choose one workflow in your business, I build an AI agent for it, connect it to the tools you already use, set what it may and may not do, and test it with you before it is used for real. You are not left with a login and a manual.

Do I have to switch to new software?

Not as a starting point. The aim is to work with the email, messaging, accounting and booking tools you already have. What is possible depends on what those tools allow, and I will tell you plainly on the first call if something is not workable.

Will the agent act without anyone checking?

Only where you are comfortable with it. For each job we decide what it can do alone, what it drafts for a person to approve, and what it hands straight to a human. Quotes, money and anything sensitive can be kept as approve-first.

Where are you based and where do you work?

I’m Dean Keating, based in Horndean, Hampshire. The work is remote and open to businesses anywhere in the UK. I only travel to meet in person in Hampshire and the immediate surrounding area.

Do you answer phones?

No. This service is about email, messaging, admin and reporting. It is not a phone-answering service.

What does it cost?

I don’t quote before I have seen how your business runs. The first call is free, and after it you get a clear figure for what we agreed to do.

What happens after it is installed?

We talk about it before you commit to anything. Some owners want the agents left running as they are; others want someone keeping them in good order as tools and AI models change. The monthly retainer is the option for that, and it is optional.

Do I need AI coaching, consultancy or installation?

It depends on who should do the work. Coaching is usually about learning and planning while you do the implementation. Consultancy is usually about choosing the workflow or tool and checking it is feasible. Installation is building, connecting and testing an agreed workflow, which is the service on this page. Ask any provider who builds and tests the work, what stays with a person and whether ongoing support is included.

What should I bring to the first call?

One repetitive computer job, the tools and steps involved, roughly how often it happens and how long it actually takes, the output you need, where an exception or approval comes in, and one example with private details removed. Please do not share passwords, customer records, bank details or login codes. A candid first call may find that a workflow is not suitable.
