I’m Dean. Wiltshire is next door to Hampshire, and its businesses look a lot like the ones I already know: practical, spread out, and short of spare hands in the office.
Wiltshire
Good staff are hard to find, so stop wasting the ones you have
Between Swindon and Salisbury is a lot of countryside. A firm in Devizes or Warminster cannot always find another experienced administrator nearby, so the people it does have end up stretched across orders, scheduling, phones and accounts all at once.
- ✕ Orders arriving by email, phone and text, all written into one book.
- ✕ Engineers’ and drivers’ schedules rebuilt by hand whenever a job moves.
- ✕ Customers ringing to ask where their order is, because nobody told them.
- ✕ A vacancy for office help that has been open for months.

Working together
Built for firms without an IT department
Most small Wiltshire firms have no in-house IT and no wish to get any. You do not need it. I work with whatever you run now, whether that is a shared mailbox and a spreadsheet or a proper order system, and I look after the agent afterwards so nobody on your side has to become the expert.
Free call
A quick, no-pressure call to understand your business and where the time’s going.
The audit
I go through how the work really happens in your business, and map every repetitive task worth automating.
Build & install
I build the agents and plug them into the tools you already use — done for you, on your systems.
Train & support
I show your team how it runs, then keep it running. You keep the time and the savings.
What gets built

Every enquiry answered and every lead chased — even at 11pm on a Sunday.
Invoicing & finance
Invoices go out on time, and the overdue ones chase themselves.

Your marketing keeps ticking over, even in your busiest week.
FAQ
What Wiltshire owners ask first
Do you cover Swindon and Salisbury?
Yes, along with the towns and villages in between. I’m in Horndean, over the border in Hampshire, and the work is done remotely.
We are rural and the broadband is poor. Does that matter?
Much less than you would think. The agents run online, not on your office computer, so they keep working when your connection drops. You only need enough signal to read what they have done.
Can an agent keep customers updated on their orders?
Yes. It can confirm the order when it arrives, send a message when the date is set or changes, and answer the ‘where is it’ emails from what is in your system.
Do we need new software first?
Rarely. I would rather make what you already use work harder than sell you a change of system. If something really is holding you back, I’ll point it out, but it is not a condition of starting.
How much does an AI consultant cost?
It depends entirely on how much work you want taken off your plate — a single follow-up agent is a very different job to automating a whole back office. I don’t quote before I understand your setup. The first call is free, and you’ll leave it knowing what’s worth doing and roughly what’s involved, whether you use me or not.
Is this just a website chatbot?
No. A chatbot waits on your website to be asked a question. The agents I build log into the tools you already use and do the actual job — the same clicks and keystrokes your staff make now, start to finish. Answering the website is one small thing they can do, not the point of them.
